Read moreIn 1984, we invented a system for layering several casings on one tube. Our 30 years of experience with this technique has allowed us to gain the specialized know-how to execute it perfectly and to continue improving it. Today we offer a 45-meter long casing that boosts sausage stuffing productivity to 600 kgs per hour using 22/24mm sheep casings.
With our 18-meter (20-yard) casing introduced in 1984, our clients' productivity increased from 118 kgs/260 lbs per hour to 250 kgs/550 lbs per hour using 22/24 mm sheep casings.
With our 45-meter (50-yard) casing introduced in 2008, our clients productivity increased from 250 kgs/550 lbs per hour to 600 kgs/1,300 lbs per hour using 22/24mm sheep casings
We have organized and designed our production processes in accordance with the HACCP principles. Our production plant has been certified as complying with the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety by third-party auditors. Our BRC certificate is available for download here.
We have our own in-house laboratory dedicated to hygiene and food safety control, with three full-time lab analysts.
