Laminated Casings

These are pieces of hog or beef casings that have been carefully placed by hand around a mould and then dried. This creates a whole new casing of the mould's diameter. We can craft casings of many sizes using different moulds.

We use the same system to mould the casing around a tube, providing an easy and cost-effective solution for the production of dry sausages. click here to see how our laminated casings work.
